Charity Car wash

Young people in Blakenall who attend the Young Persons information Centre are going to be 'doing their bit' for Comic Relief on Friday 13th March.

Young people and staff form the centre will be holding a charity car wash on the car park of the Blakenall Community Centre from 12.30 until 4.00pm.

The theme this year is; 'Wear something funny' so to raise a few smiles and some extra cash the young people will be swopping clothes, boys in girls clothes and girls in boys, or wearing something red.

So, come and get your car washed and help us to raise funds for this good cause.

Gail Beeley, Young Person's Liaison Worker said; "We are hoping to raise loads of money for Comic Relief and have lots of fun; the young people who are involved are not in employment, education or training so they are really keen to be involved in a positive initiative".
