local centre Staff at New Horizons Young Persons information Centre are holding a Careers Day for young people aged 13 to 19. The event will show young people the range of services, information and support available to them on education, training and employment. The event is taking place at the Centre on Ingram Road on 3rd August from 12 - 2pm and 4 - 6pm. There will be a variety of agencies attending the event on the day to give advice and guidance to young people, Frank F. Harrison Community Centre, Work on the Horizons, Walsall College, Nova Training, Princes Trust, Connexions and WHG. Young people will also be able to get help with their CV at the centre's I.T. suite with our team of youth workers being on hand to help.
