Children in Need Football
A charity 5-a-side football tournament is being organised in Blakenall to raise funds for Children in Need.
6 teams will compete in the tournament that is being held at the Blakenall Community Centre on Tuesday 18th November from 7.00pm - 9.00pm.
Teams from WS3, Walsall's New Deal, West Midlands Police, Electric Palace Youth Club and the Young Persons information Centre will be taking part in the tournament, raising money to donate to the charity.
Steve Crosthwaite of WS3 said "The tournament is a great idea and will bring a whole range of people together for some fun with the opportunity to raise money for a good cause".
Other fundraising activities will be taking place on Friday 14th November at the Young Persons information Centre including; yellow and red clothing day, Pudsey cake sale and a charity car wash.
