'Photo Club Re-launch'









New Deal is re-launching its popular Digital Photography Club.

New Deal is asking young people who live in the areas of Blakenall, Bloxwich and Leamore to come and join the club based at Walsall's New Deal flagship youth facility, the Young Persons information Centre.

The club, originally started in May this year is asking young people to come along and learn to make photographs, they will get the chance to learn how to use digital cameras, and multi media software such as Photo-Shop and Adobe, they will also learn how to print and frame their pictures.

The project will start on Thursday 27th November, 6pm - 8pm at the Young Persons information Centre, Ingram Road, Bloxwich.

Walsall's New Deal for Communities is a regeneration initiative working in the areas of Blakenall, Bloxwich and Leamore. The initiative received a £52 million Government grant from the Department for Communities and Local Government (formerly the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister) to be spent on sustainable regeneration spread over a ten year period that commenced 2001.
