Walsall's New Deal in partnership with the Bloxwich Community Partnership and Forest Arts Centre are organising a series of film showings that relive some of the classic film moments of times gone by.
The films are to be screened at the Forest Arts Centre in Hawbush Road, Leamore, will be shown on a state of the art cinema screen and sound system which will bring these films to life and provide a great afternoon of entertainment.
The screenings kick off with Casablanca on the 10th May 2007 followed by High Society on the 24th.
Others classic films will be shown fortnightly until mid July. All films begin at 3pm with refreshments available beforehand.
All showings are free of charge and transport is available for residents within Walsall's New Deal area.

Walsall's New Deal for Communities is a regeneration initiative working in the areas of Blakenall, Bloxwich and Leamore. The initiative received a £52 million Government grant from the Department for Communities and Local Government (formerly the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister) to be spent on sustainable regeneration spread over a ten year period that commenced 2001. |
